Increase of compressed air quality and productivity

Clean and dry air reduces the risk of corrosion and thus increases the final product quality. Our adsorption dryers will help you with that.

Cost savings

Higher compressed air quality when using adsorption dryers brings longer lifespan of operational processes (machinery, equipment), therefore necessary shutdowns and annual service intervals to ensure optimal operation are reduced.

Quick and easy installation of adsorption dryers

ALUP AD 7 – 1300 adsorption dryers are constructed in such a way that they only need connection to power supply, and inlet and outlet ducts for their operation.

Dew point level control

Dew point level sensor controls regeneration cycles and therefore it reduces costs of adsorption dryer operation.

Innovative AD Adsorption Dryer is Your Perfect Companion

The innovative AD adsorption dryer can be the perfect companion to your operation. With many benefits and advantages, the AD adsorption dryer is sure to provide efficiency for years to come. As your partners in compressed air, we offer a range of exceptional compressed air products so you can build a reliable and efficient compressed air system.

Avoid Unnecessary Downtime

During compression, a compressor turns humidity in the intake air into condensate. This can result in wear and corrosion throughout the compressed air network and downstream equipment. The wear and corrosion will then result in a costly interruption to your production. Wear and corrosion will also reduce the service and efficiency of your equipment.

Working Principle of an Adsorption Dryer

The working principle of an adsorption dryer is based on the ability of the desiccant material to absorb water vapor from the compressed air. The filters before the dryer protect it, then the filters after the dryer eliminate desiccant dust. There are three phases in the drying process, which are the drying phase, regeneration phase and pressurization phase. You can find out more about each stage in our brochure.

Two Types of AD Adsorption Dryers

There are two types of AD adsorption dryers. There is the AD timer (timer controlled) and the AD sensor (PDP – sensor controlled). The AD timer continuous purges are calculated to operate in the most demanding conditions. In contrast, the AD sensor purges airflow based on achieving a constant dew point for significant energy savings.
